Wilbur Fulton, is the Senior Pastor of New Covenant Christian Fellowship Ministries, Kingstree, South Carolina, Elder Fulton is married to Prophetess Tonya La’Shay Washington-Fulton. Pastor Fulton is employed with the South Carolina Department of Social Services, a graduate of Nielsen Electronics Institute, Charleston, South Carolina, Williamsburg Technical College, Kingstree, South Carolina and Limestone College, Gaffney, South Carolina. Pastor Fulton has attended Frances Marion University, Webster University, and the Evangelistic Temple Bible College. Pastor Fulton is a former instructor at the Believers Bible Institute in Cowards, South Carolina; courses taught: Christian Education, Understanding Praise and Worship, Personal Divine Life and Homiletics.
